Believe it or not, there was a time when it was the new, cool thing to bump your new MC Hammer Please Hammer, Don't Hurt 'Em tape in your Walkman. The only downfall was that you had to keep rewinding "Yo!! Sweetness," and those junky headphones that came with it royally sucked.

Nowadays, we've graduated to iPods, iPhones, Blackberry's, Zune's and whatnot for our personal music outlets. The technology is better - that's for sure but there is/was something just plain fun about the old school style. Personally, I attribute it to the fact that enjoying music was so obvious. Everyone saw your headphones and since they were low quality, anyone sitting within 10 feet of you could hear your music too.

Combining the best of old school style with modern technology, Urbanears brings us some truly sweet throwback headphones. Coming in an array of colors and styles, Urbanears brings back the classic Walkman look to your headphones but infuses them with the best modern capabilities. The sound quality is amazing and equal to even the best pair of ear buds you can buy. Urbanears didn't miss a beat; every pair of headphones works with ANY mp3 device as well as most cell phones...basically, you can use these bad boys on anything.

If you want to add a little retro fabulousness to your audio get up, then check out Urbanears.
