First Time Tips :
Street marketing for the first time can be scary. To help you get off on the right foot, try these tips:
- Go up to individuals when they are not talking to somebody else or on the phone, make it convenient for them to be talking to you
- They don’t have to talk to you - you earn it - so be nice and thoughtful
- If the person does not seem interested, quit! They should not be forced to listen to you, and it doesn’t work if they don’t want to listen
- Go for the low hanging fruit at first, find the people that you are most comfortable with to break the ice, like some people are more comfortable talking to girls, while others are more comfortable talking to guys
- Don’t approach people you are not comfortable talking to, they could ruin your day!
